Mission is to build anti-racism understanding, awareness and skills for all employees and increase BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) representation across Long View.
Gender Sexuality Alliance
Mission is to create a safe space for people within Long View to discuss issues and topics surrounding sexual and gender diversity in an inclusive environment.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. ProCognitive Solutions currently has 2 ERGs, and is always open to the development of additional groups. Please reach out to HR to discuss new ERGs.
